Holiday Party

A Holiday Party was held at Crafty Creations on Monday, December 29th - in between the Christmas and New Year's holidays.  There were 21 people in attendance and fun and great food were definitely present.  We also played several games...
We started out in three teams, selecting one person to make a snowman - out of random supplies - toilet paper included.
These were the results fro the various teams.  LOL  Too fun!  The cooperative snowmen are, from left to right, Sandra Gainer, Leisa Hardin and Debi McBain.  There were all great sports and the teams had fun designing their snowman.  Toilet paper, anyone?  :)
This game required participants to recall numerous items contained in a box - all items were scrapbooking related.  They had to recall, and list on paper, as many of the items as they could.  Katie was the winner!
We finished off the night with fun gift exchange of scrapbooking-related items.  There were a lot of fun items fought over!

We hope you will join the fun in 2015 at Crafty Creations Retreat!  We know you will have a blast!

On Our Way!

Several ladies who met at Crafty Creations are heading out on a cruise today to Cozumel.  (Maybe they'll have warmer weather than we are experiencing here in central Texas!)

Yesterday, on their way to Galveston, they made a stop at the Scrap Shack, outside of Houston.  As you can tell, they found some necessary products they just couldn't leave behind.  ;)
L to R:  Angie, Sandra, Leisa, Nelda, Melody, Monica
It looks like they are having too much fun...and the cruise hasn't even begun!  Stay warm!

Happy New Year from Crafty Creations!

We welcomed in the new year with a great group of ladies who have been retreatin' this weekend. It was a great way to ring in the new year! There have been many creative and organizational ideas shared - which is typical any time you are around here - and this is one of them!
Some ladies found these gems at Sam's, perfect for having your tools close by.  (You can also find them at Ikea, with a slight difference in dimension.)  Then, it was discovered that the Small, Medium and Large Organizers, from Close To My Heart, fit inside the cart!  We spent some time last night organizing our new find!  It felt like a second Christmas!  (The hanging holders were bought at Ikea, found in the kitchen area.)

Hoping you are kicking off the new year in the right way...doing something you love this first weekend of 2015!
